Home Helpers Group is seeking a high-performing Home Buying Specialist to convert inbound seller opportunities into profitable contracts across California's Central Valley. You will earn a $40,000 base + progressive commissions, with OTE $300,000–$450,000+ for top performers in a hybrid remote/in-home setup.

The role emphasizes inbound opportunities, rigorous CRM discipline, and continuous coaching within a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in a similar sales role, ideally high-ticket, in-home, or emotionally driven B2C sales.
• Ability to run strong discovery, solve problems creatively, handle objections calmly, negotiate, follow up, and directly ask for the business.
• Maintain high emotional intelligence, adapt communication style, and stay accountable to targets.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements by building trust and closing.
• Fully work viable opportunities with persistent follow-up and adapt approach per homeowner.
• Learn underwriting, offer structure, and CRM processes; protect deal quality and relationships.
• Own the pipeline, CRM, and follow-Up with accurate notes and timely next steps.
