Job summary

Home Helpers Group seeks a high-performing Home Buying Specialist to convert inbound seller opportunities into profitable contracts across California’s Central Valley. You’ll use REsimpli CRM, underwriting knowledge, and strong closing skills to own the sales cycle from first contact to contract.

Base salary is $40,000 with commissions up to 20% and special bonuses; annual earnings potential targets $300,000–$450,000+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in a similar role.
• Ability to run discovery, solve problems, handle objections, negotiate and close.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptable communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements.
• Fully work every viable opportunity and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Learn underwriting, offer structure, and CRM processes; negotiate within defined limits.
• Own the pipeline, CRM, and follow‑up to prevent viable opportunities from dying.
