Job summary

Home Helpers Group is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to handle inbound seller opportunities across California’s Central Valley, primarily Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and nearby markets. You will work remotely with in-home seller appointments and a full-time W-2 schedule, earning a base salary plus aggressive commissions and bonuses.

The role focuses on turning qualified opportunities into profitable signed contracts, leveraging REsimpli CRM, underwriting knowledge, and strong negotiation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience, preferably in-home or door-to-door.
• Proven ability to close inbound opportunities and convert conversations into signed contracts.
• Strong follow-up, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with CRM discipline, KPI tracking, and rapid responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements.
• Fully nurture and manage viable opportunities from initial contact through contract.
• Master underwriting concepts, offer structure, and pricing within defined limits.
