Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a personable, service-driven Chef Concierge to elevate guest experiences in our luxury setting on West End. You will anticipate needs, provide expert recommendations, and arrange personalized dining, entertainment, and local attraction reservations.

As a key member of Guest Services, you will lead by example, train colleagues, maintain the concierge desk and materials to Loews standards, and build strong ties with local businesses to enhance guest offerings.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all guest information, reservations, and service requests promptly.
• Deliver personalized concierge services: dining, entertainment, transportation, and local reservations.
• Promote hotel amenities and events to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Coordinate VIP experiences with arrival amenities and follow-up.
• Provide accurate directions and recommendations tailored to guests.
• Ensure printed materials are accurate and up-to-date to Loews standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Meetings & Events, F&B and vendors for guest experiences.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate Guest Services initiatives.
• Maintain the concierge desk appearance and information displays.
• Build relationships with local businesses to enhance offerings.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Foster a collaborative, guest-focused culture; teamwork and development.
• Regular attendance as per standards; varying schedules may be required.
