The Hermitage Hotel in Nashville seeks an experienced Concierge to serve as a refined liaison between guests and exclusive experiences. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Concierge or Guest Relations in luxury hotel environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Proficient with PMS, CRM, and digital concierge platforms (e.g. Opera, Alice, SevenRooms).
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with polished warmth and offer personalized assistance including itinerary planning.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate bespoke services and last‑minute requests.
• Maintain guest profiles, honorifics, and context for VIP or long‑stay guests.
• Provide tailored guidance on local experiences and secure high‑demand reservations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Events, F&B, and Valet to ensure flawless service.
• Design and manage daily itineraries and bespoke experiences across hotel venues.
• Represent The Hermitage Hotel with discretion and uphold brand voice in all interactions.
