Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a warm and proactive Concierge to be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You will greet guests, provide detailed information on hotel amenities, and tailor dining, theater, tours, and transport to guest preferences.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of guest service in hospitality, can work weekends and evenings, and are proficient with a property management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System, Opera experience preferred.
• Concierge Certification preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Make dining, theater, tour, and transportation arrangements tailored to guest preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize services whenever possible.
• Assist with childcare arrangements and other special requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lobby and concierge desk.
• Build and maintain resources to provide up-to-date recommendations for activities and events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Conduct hotel tours, showcasing its history and design.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.]
