Snap-on Tools is seeking Shop Essentials Sales Representatives to join our field-based sales team. After training, reps operate mobile shop equipment and diagnostic showrooms, working with franchisees and company stores to grow diagnostics and equipment sales.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in direct sales, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Base pay ranges from $50,500 to $80,000 with a 17.5% quarterly bonus; DOT medical card provided; travel 70–85%.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in direct sales or sales management.
• Prefer outside sales, account management or B2B sales.
• Automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair experience valued.
• Must be able to drive a 16-20' vehicle 70-85% of the time.
• DOT physical and medical card provided by the company.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds; forklift or lifting device used for heavier items.
• Computer proficiency with apps and emails on cell phones.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain mobile shop equipment and diagnostic showrooms after training.
• Work with franchisees and company stores to increase sales of diagnostics and equipment.
• Visit shops in franchisee routes to demonstrate product value to customers.
• Write and present quotes with a sales expectation of $55,000 per week.
• Coach franchisees and company store reps on growth methods for equipment and diagnostics.
• Attend sales meetings to build relationships and drive participation.
