Job summary

Snap-on Diagnostics is seeking a field sales specialist to demonstrate, train, and sell advanced diagnostic equipment to franchisees and customers. The role requires automotive diagnostic knowledge, a proven sales background, and a willingness to travel with a company vehicle.

The candidate will conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and secure orders while supporting promotions at field meetings and trade shows. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus commission and bonus.

Qualifications

• Understanding and operation of electronic equipment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Territory management experience.
• Vehicle for business use and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct sale of Diagnostic products to shop owners.
• Perform business evaluation/coaching rides with Franchisees.
• Teach product and sales skills to Franchisees.
• Secure orders for additional Diagnostics products.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Perform product training to customers.
• Attend field meetings to present promotions.
• Staff and support trade-shows, and attend sales meetings as required.
• Perform customer education/sales seminars.
• Maintain assigned inventory levels.
