AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences and close deals through demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and hands-on tech delivery. This role offers paid training, uncapped commission potential, and the chance to work with warm prospects on a field schedule in North Carolina.

You will connect with customers daily, use negotiation skills to hit targets, and maintain a valid driver’s license to access a company vehicle for official business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent on successful background check and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Attend paid training to work independently in the field with ongoing coaching.
