Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You’ll manage scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos, assess Wi‑Fi needs, and resolve issues to keep customers connected. Expect uncapped commission with top earners reaching six figures.

Training starts immediately, with ongoing coaching and the chance to engage with warm prospects daily in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
