Sunset Ford of Waterloo, IL is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to drive PVR and PPR while upholding integrity and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the final checkpoint for every deal, protecting the dealership and supporting the sales team.

Beyond finance, you’ll manage lender relations, structure deals, appraise trades, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role blends leadership with hands-on desk duties in a high-volume, family-owned Ford store.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of high-performing automotive F&I management experience.
• Proven ability to desking deals and appraising vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of lender requirements and approval timing.
• Commitment to transparency and dealership integrity.

Aufgaben

• Elite F&I production through menu-selling to maximize PVR and VSC/GAP penetration.
• Build and leverage relationships with local and national lenders for fast approvals.
• Desk deals, structure financing options, and perform trade-in appraisals.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance; manage Contracts-In-Transit.
• Coach sales team and provide smooth handoff on deals.
