Sunset Ford, a 5th-generation family-owned dealership and multi-year Ford President's Award winner, seeks an elite Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to drive profitability and compliance in a high-volume, customer-centered environment.

You will close deals, ensure protected financing, and deliver a seamless Sunset Ford experience. A proven track record and strong lender relations are essential to succeed in this role at Sunset Ford St. Louis.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a high-performing Automotive F&I Manager.
• Ability to demonstrate high PVR and product penetration.
• Expert knowledge of dealership processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability by presenting a menu of F&I products with high penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders for best rates and fast approvals.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations and maintain bulletproof paperwork.
• Aggressively manage Contracts-In-Transit to protect cash flow.
• Train sales team to improve turnover and deal structure.
