Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of successful automotive F&I management.
• Proficiency in desking deals and vehicle appraisals.
• Strong knowledge of DMS, menu software and appraisal tools.
• Demonstrated integrity and customer-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&I production to maximize profitability and compliance.
• Build lender relationships for best rates and fast approvals.
• Desk deals, structure financing options, and manage trade-ins.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee Contracts-In-Transit management.
• Coach sales team on deal structure and handoffs.
