Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC seeks an Sr. Executive Technology Lead to provide white-glove, end-to-end technology support for senior executives across office, remote work, travel, residences, meetings, and events.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Apple, Microsoft, mobile, collaboration, conferencing, networking, security, and smart-device ecosystems, paired with exceptional communication and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience supporting senior executives.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 and the Apple ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, Apple IDs, iCloud services, accessories, and mobile device management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and related productivity and collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting residential home automation and control systems, including Lutron and Crestron.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology support for senior executives across office, remote work, travel, residences, executive meetings, events, and off-sites.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for executive leadership, Executives Assistants, and their teams.
• Provide responsive on-call support to onsite and remote users, including evening and weekend coverage through an established rotation.
• Lead complex executive technology and infrastructure initiatives, including site build-outs, network and AV architecture, technology deployments, and upgrades, in coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Provide proactive setup, testing, monitoring, and support for high-priority meetings, board meetings, leadership off-sites, and company events to deliver a seamless executive experience.
