Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive IT Support Engineer to join AirSupport and provide high-touch technology support to Airbnb’s executives and Executive Business Partners in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

You will own complex issues, coordinate with multiple teams, and help shape the technical direction for executive workflows, with a focus on reliability and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or related field, including support for executives or high-touch environments.
• Strong hands-on capability across multiple technology domains relevant to Executive Support.
• Knowledge of enterprise endpoints, identity/access, collaboration platforms, networking, and video conferencing/AV.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-touch technology support for Airbnb executives and Executive Business Partners, owning complex issues end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot across endpoints, identity, connectivity, collaboration tools, AV, workplace tech, and other systems affecting the executive experience.
• Own or coordinate executive technology lifecycle needs such as onboarding, offboarding, and device transitions.
• Build trusted relationships with executives by understanding workflows and upcoming priorities while exercising discretion.
• Proactively prepare for board meetings, travel, and high-visibility events by addressing tech risks in advance.
• Identify recurring issues, analyze patterns, and lead cross-functional improvements for scalable solutions.
• Shape Executive Support technical direction and represent the support perspective in major tech decisions.
• Mentor other engineers, develop standards, and create reusable playbooks for the team.
• Contribute to broader AirSupport priorities when coverage allows and participate in after-hours support as needed.
