Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT support and executive-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise endpoints, identity and access, collaboration platforms, networking, and video/AV.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technology support for Airbnb executives and Executive Business Partners.
• Troubleshoot endpoints, identity, connectivity, collaboration tools, AV, and workplace technology.
• Own executive technology lifecycle needs including onboarding and offboarding; coordinate migrations and transitions.
• Mentor other engineers and help raise IT Support Engineering craft across the team.
