United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Executive IT Support Engineer to become a trusted technology partner for our executive population. You will blend hands-on technical expertise with strategic judgment and cross-functional leadership to resolve complex, sensitive issues and drive improvements across the executive technology experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, workplace technology, or related field, including executive support.
• Strong hands-on technical capability across multiple technology domains with deep expertise in one or more executive-support areas.
• Knowledge of enterprise endpoints, mobile devices, identity and access, collaboration platforms, networking, and AV.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans and driving implementations with minimal guidance.
• Ability to identify patterns in support issues and translate into broader improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional work and influencing decisions beyond direct reports.
• Ability to articulate technical viewpoints clearly to executives and senior leaders.
• Excellent judgment and discretion in confidential, high-visibility situations.
• Proactive approach to support and willingness to participate in after-hours coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, end-to-end executive technology support for company leaders and Exec Business Partners.
• Troubleshoot endpoints, mobile devices, identity/access, connectivity, collaboration tools, AV, and workplace tech.
• Maintain ownership of executive experience when issues span multiple technologies or teams.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and partners by understanding their workflows and priorities.
• Lead executive technology lifecycle needs including onboarding/offboarding and device transitions.
• Prepare for board/ leadership events by identifying dependencies and addressing tech risks.
• Identify recurring issues and drive cross-functional improvements for scalable solutions.
• Contribute to Executive Support direction through leadership and standardization.
• Represent Executive Support in major tech initiatives and decisions.
• Communicate complex issues and tradeoffs clearly to executives and leaders.
• Develop standards, runbooks, and knowledge sharing; mentor other engineers.
