Responsibilities

Stay organized and operate under pressure while supporting three principals.
Coordinate communication with external customers and event organizers.
Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment on goals.
Ensure fast, accurate execution and continuous process improvement.
Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones for 3 leaders.
Coordinate logistics for customer-facing engagements, including events and site visits.
Track deadlines for speaker submissions and event timelines.
Maintain strict confidentiality of calendar information and activities.
Plan diverse team events and lead onsite team-building activities.
