Job summary

FINRA is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Board and External Relations and other senior executives. The role covers calendar management, communications, meeting prep, travel and logistics, and confidential special projects.

We value discretion, judgment under pressure, and the ability to coordinate complex schedules with internal staff, Board members, and external groups.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
  • Ten years of related experience in executive support preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom; Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sophisticated and dynamic calendars for the EVP of BER and senior executives.
  • Prioritize and route calls, emails, and messages; prepare correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics, including room reservations, video conf, security clearances, and materials for Board meetings.
  • Arrange complex travel and offsite events; handle changes and expense reporting.
  • Maintain records with discretion; assist with PowerPoint presentations and confidential projects.
