Job summary

Eden Capital Careers seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a full-time role in Mattoon, Illinois. This opportunity offers a high-demand general ENT practice with access to multiple surgical sites and potential expansion to a nearby facility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across general ENT scope (including rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT).
• Use state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites and support expansion to additional facilities.
• Design and establish a flexible practice schedule (e.g., 7-on/7-off or every-other-week rotations).
• Collaborate with referral networks to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and postoperative follow-up.
