Henderson Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist for a full-time position in Mattoon, Illinois. The role offers a robust referral network, modern surgical facilities, and the chance to build a premier ENT practice with potential expansion to other locations.

The ideal candidate will perform a broad ENT practice, participate in private practice operations, and enjoy flexible blocks for regional or commuting arrangements, supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Completion of Otolaryngology residency.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across general ENT and subspecialties.
• Operate in main Mattoon ORs with potential expansion to additional sites.
• Create a flexible schedule including 7-on/7-off or other rotations.
• Collaborate with primary care/pediatric network for high-volume referrals.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and follow-up care.
