Job summary

Confident Search Consultants partners with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, IL. This established practice offers a massive patient base, a broad ENT scope, and a generous compensation package with production bonuses.

You will work across main Mattoon ORs and an outpatient center, with options to expand to Effingham. Flexible scheduling includes 7-on/7-off or every-other-week rotations for commuting physicians, and a strong referral

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT interventions across a broad general ENT scope (including rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT).
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites, with expansion options to Effingham.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule, with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off or every-other-week) for commuting physicians.
• Collaborate with an extensive internal referral network to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for all encounters, procedures, and follow-ups.
