Key People in Mattoon, Illinois is partnering with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT). The role offers a base compensation of $700,000 annually with 7-on/7-off, alternate-week, or commuting rotation options and opportunities for expansion to other locations.

Responsibilities include broad ENT care, rhinology, laryngology, and pediatric ENT across multiple sites, with state-of-the-art surgical suites and a strong referral network.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology; IL license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical interventions across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites, performing cases in Mattoon and at an outpatient center with expansion options.
• Design and establish your practice schedule with flexibility for 7-on/7-off or weekly rotations; support for commuting physicians.
• Collaborate with an extensive internal referral network to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for all encounters and procedures.
