Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group partners with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, Illinois. This practice offers a broad general ENT scope with access to state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites and potential expansion to Effingham for outpatient cases.

The role supports flexible scheduling (7-on/7-off or every-other-week rotations) and a large referral network, with a strong compensation package including bonuses, relocation

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility)
• Valid DEA registration
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skill

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT interventions across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT
