Workforce Recruiter is partnering with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, IL. The role offers $700,000 annual compensation with flexible scheduling options including 7-on/7-off or alternate-week blocks, and potential expansion to other locations.

You will join a busy practice with a wide referral network, modern surgical suites, and a strong focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active Illinois medical license or eligibility
• Valid DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across a broad general ENT scope
• Utilize modern surgical suites across multiple sites and support expansion to additional facilities
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off, alternate-week)
• Collaborate with internal referral network to manage high-volume patient backlog
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records and follow-up care
