Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC in Mattoon, Illinois, seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a premier regional facility. The role covers a broad general ENT practice with rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT, using state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites.

The package features aggressive compensation of $700,000 annually, production bonuses, and a substantial sign-on. Flexible scheduling (7-on/7-off or every-other-week) and relocation support are available

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency program.
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across a broad practice area.
• Perform surgeries at main Mattoon ORs and outpatient center; support expansion at Effingham facility.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off or every-other-week).
• Collaborate with internal referral networks for high-volume patient care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for encounters and follow-up.
