Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Operate in state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites and support expansion to additional facilities.
• Create a flexible practice schedule with blocks such as 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations.
• Collaborate with internal referral networks to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for encounters and follow-up care.
