Top Dog Recruiting partners with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, Illinois. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates will join a high-demand practice with extensive surgical infrastructure and opportunities for expansion.

The role offers a generous compensation package around $700,000 annually with sign-on incentives, relocation support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of an Otolaryngology residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical interventions across a broad general practice.
Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites with potential expansion.
Design and establish your ideal practice schedule with flexible rotations.
Collaborate with referral network for high-volume patient backlog.
Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for all encounters.
