Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote cruise products to direct consumers.

You will initiate calls, follow leads, and build relationships to meet revenue goals while providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience (cruise sales a plus), with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-energy, quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills for phone and direct guest interactions.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, fleet and itineraries.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and following up on leads.
• Identifies customer needs and recommends cruise products, itineraries and promotions.
• Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintains customer/prospect database to identify travel trends and opportunities to upsell.
• Attends sales meetings and trainings to ensure accurate information is communicated.
• Participates in mass email campaigns targeting specific guest profiles.
