• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and acting on leads to identify travel needs and recommend Norwegian Cruise Line products.
• Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships to meet retention goals and revenue targets.
• Builds relationships with new and existing customers and maintains prospect lists to identify travel trends.
• Communicates cruise features, pricing, and promotions; participates in team meetings and campaigns.
• Performs other job related functions as assigned.
