Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and pursuing leads to identify travel needs.
• Present/explain Norwegian Cruise Line products and make travel recommendations.
• Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting retention goals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing consumers.
• Maintains consumer prospect lists to identify client travel trends and promotes products based on history.
• Gathers industry knowledge to articulate cruise product features, pricing and promotions.
• Attends team meetings and training to ensure accurate information is communicated.
• Participates in mass email campaigns targeting guest profiles.
• Performs other job related functions as assigned.
