Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred.
• Cruise sales experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects to identify travel needs and present Norwegian Cruise Line products and make recommendations.
• Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships, meeting customer needs and retention goals to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing consumers.
• Maintains consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends and opportunities for promotions and upsells.
• Gains in-depth knowledge of products, itineraries, pricing and upsell options to advise clients.
• Attends and participates in daily team meetings or sales trainings to ensure correct communication of information and techniques.
• Participates in department mass email campaigns targeting specific guest profiles.
• Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
