Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of food and beverage service and operations.
• Experience using POS systems and generating reports.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs during duties.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including late nights and holidays.
• Capacity to stand for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency.
• Acts with integrity and upholds ethical standards.
• Protects company, clients, and customers in all actions.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• At least 3 years in fine dining or luxury hotel environments.
• Experience in high-volume, full-service dining settings.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote JPMC's culture, positively representing the Company.
• Oversee all aspects of service, including dining room, private dining rooms, and pantries.
• Uphold standards of the JPMC Client Dining service, appearance, and conduct.
• Promote teamwork within the Client Centers, creating a positive work environment.
• Ensure sanitation compliance with NYC Health Department Code throughout the Client Center.
• Monitor food storage, handling, and preparation to maintain food safety.
• Develop relationships with guests and key users; anticipate needs.
• Actively participate in service to ensure quality standards.
• Effectively resolve guest complaints and issues; escalate to Managers when necessary.
