Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Corporate Dining Captain to oversee food and beverage operations for Dining amenities in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will lead and supervise dining staff, ensure seamless service, maintain top quality standards, and foster a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues.

You will inspire a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, manage shift operations across dining rooms and pantries, uphold sanitation and guest service standards, and address issues

Qualifications

• Exceptional food and beverage knowledge.
• Experience with POS systems and reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule: late nights, holidays, long shifts.
• Can stand for 10-12 hours per shift.
• 3 years in fine dining or luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote JPMC's culture, always positively representing the Company.
• Oversee all aspects of service, including dining room, private dining rooms, and pantries.
• Uphold standards of the JPMC Client Dining service, appearance, and conduct.
• Promote teamwork within the Client Centers.
• Ensure sanitation compliance with NYC Health Department Code.
• Monitor food storage, handling, and preparation for safety.
• Develop relationships with guests and key users.
• Actively participate in service to ensure quality standards.
• Resolve guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
