Job summary

Montage Deer Valley, part of Montage International, seeks a Concierge to ensure an outstanding guest experience and smooth stays. You will greet guests, share local information, and arrange reservations for the resort and nearby venues.

Strong customer service, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments are essential. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is expected in this luxury property.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in upscale hotel environment preferred.
• Two years’ experience in customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to new software products.
• Weekend/night/holiday availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Provide information on city and hotel attractions or points of interest.
• Booking reservations for the resort and external facilities.
• Log guest requests and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with Reception and other departments on guest activity.
• Log and deliver incoming/outgoing packages.
• Schedule hotel driver and guest transportation with contracted vendors.
