Job summary

Montage International is seeking a friendly Concierge to ensure a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, share local insights, and assist with hotel and external reservations.

This role emphasizes teamwork with Reception and other departments; you will log requests, coordinate transportation, and handle packages, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Two years' experience in an upscale hotel.
• Two years' experience in customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest recovery skills.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays per business needs.
• Demonstrates ability to adapt to new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Provide information and assistance on city and hotel attractions.
• Book reservations for guests within the resort and outside facilities.
• Log guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Familiarize with daily arrivals and group activities.
• Coordinate with Reception and other departments on guest needs.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing packages are logged and delivered.
• Schedule Hotel Driver and arrange guest transportation with contracted vendors.
