Job summary

Matsuura Machinery USA, Inc. is hiring a CNC Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-precision CNC machines at customer facilities across the region.

The role demands hands-on mechanical and electrical repair, strong problem-solving, and willingness to travel. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CNC service experience, FANUC controls expertise, and a 2-year technical degree in engineering or robotics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance on CNC machines.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• FANUC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Matsuura machines and controls.
• Provide elite-level on-site and remote support to distributors and customers.
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and vendor resources to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Document repairs and feedback to share with management and customers.
