Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on 5-axis CNC machining experience.
• Strong understanding of 5-axis functions (TWP, TCP, WSEC).
• Proficiency in CAM programming for 5-axis milling.
• Fanuc control experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.
• Recent experience as CNC Machinist or Applications Engineer.
• Advanced CNC machine tool operation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level CNC machine tool support including 5-axis functions and parameter data editing.
• Deliver on-site technical training for customers and dealers.
• Offer expert advice and product recommendations to assist sales.
• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or video meetings.
• Produce technical documentation for machine changes and improvements.
• Create content for trade shows and dealer events relevant to target markets.
• Assist in packaging and moving machines for trade shows as needed.
• Travel up to 50% of the time based on customer needs.
