Soho House in Miami Beach is seeking a Lead Club Receptionist to supervise the club reception team and ensure a warm, professional welcome for members, guests, and visitors. In this luxury environment you will oversee daily operations, check-ins, guest queries, and administrative tasks while maintaining immaculate front-of-house standards and discreet, attentive service.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in a receptionist/front-of-house role within a premium hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Calm, professional, and highly organized under pressure.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong administrative skills and knowledge of guest databases.

• Supervise and support the reception team to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage daily Club Reception operations including check-ins, guest queries, reservations, and admin.
• Keep reception area immaculate, stocked, and welcoming with proper grooming standards.
• Lead by example in member interactions with warmth and discretion.
• Oversee shift schedules, delegation, and team communication.
• Act as main liaison for escalated queries and service recovery.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs and experiences.
• Train and onboard new staff; conduct refresher sessions.
• Prepare daily reports and handovers for management.
• Build relationships with members and guests and relay feedback.
