Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KSWF. The role focuses on safety, service, and compliance while managing crews and aircraft scheduling in collaboration with client accounts.

Ideal candidates have extensive flight time, leadership experience, and a background in training for flight operations, with NBAA CAM certification preferred. On-call work and relocation within 2 hours of KSWF may be required.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3000 hours.
• PIC time: 1500 hours.
• MEL time: 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC: 500 hours.
• Turbo Jet time: 500 hours.
• Instrument time: 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with training contractor.
• Plans and reviews aircraft scheduling procedures with clients.
• Approves PTO and informs flight coordination staff of schedule changes.
• Participates in interviews and reports to Client Responsible Officer.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records for all crewmembers.
