Job summary

Horne Nissan Yuma is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to lead online vehicle sales activities and drive leads from the dealer's digital channels. You will manage and grow the Internet sales process, coordinate with sales and finance teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through every step of the buying journey.

The role requires solid experience in Internet sales within the automotive sector, excellent communication, and a commitment to professional growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• One year of related Internet sales management experience or training.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive Internet sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
• Work with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and financing or lease requirements.
• Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory.
• Complete all paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Deliver and familiarize the customer with vehicle.
• Attend/completes required training and department meetings.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
