Zusammenfassung

Horne Nissan Yuma is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule sales appointments, and nurture customer relations with a friendly, professional approach.

You will log customer comments, follow up, and coordinate with Sales and Service to confirm appointments, reschedule no-shows, and support marketing initiatives. A high school diploma and call–center experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with phones or Telemarketing in automotive, business development, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly at first contact with clients/customers.
• Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Answer all incoming calls according to script and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Contact customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
• Confirm scheduled appointments and post on the appointment board in BDC.
• Reschedule no-show customer appointments and follow up with Sales/Service for outcomes.
• Arrange future contact as needed and update customer changes in the database.
• Generate letters, postcards, and emails per a predetermined timeline for follow-up reminders.
• Engage customers based on current marketing initiatives and respond to website requests.
• Notify departments when an appointment is scheduled and assist with other duties as assigned.
