The role requires at least one year of Internet sales management experience in the automotive sector, strong sales and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One year of related Internet sales management experience.
• Minimum one year automotive Internet sales experience.
• Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills.
• Organization and thorough follow-up skills for staying in touch with clients.
• Current valid driver's license is required.
• Mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
• Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
• Negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
• Walk the lot and visually inspects inventory.
• Complete all paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Deliver and familiarize the customer with vehicle.
• Attend/completes required training and department meetings.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
