Westbrook Honda in Groton, CT is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced, growing team. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and a collaborative selling approach. Experience is preferred, but we train the right attitude.

The position offers a stable base pay plus commissions, weekly and monthly bonuses, and ongoing coaching. You'll work with a large inventory of new and used vehicles and be part of a dealership known for low turnover and strong earning

Qualifications

• At least one year of Honda sales experience preferred.
• Commission-based compensation with base pay.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Background check required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers in showroom or sales lot.
• Help customers select a vehicle by listening to needs.
• Explain product performance and benefits.
• Present optional equipment available for purchase.
• Build rapport and conduct professional vehicle demonstrations.
• Learn to close sales per company standards.
• Report activities and results to Sales Manager.
