Westbrook Honda in Norwich, CT is hiring experienced sales consultants to join a competitive team. This role offers base pay plus commission, with weekly and monthly bonuses in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding vehicle selections, presenting features, and closing sales while maintaining high energy and integrity. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• Outspoken, energetic, and friendly during customer interactions.
• Able to handle objections and negotiate pricing effectively.
• Clean and valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to undergo background check for employment.

Responsabilités

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom or lot.
• Help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product features, applications, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe available equipment and options for purchase.
• Build rapport and present vehicles in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles and handle the sales process.
• Report objectives and planned activities to the Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
