Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, aligning with our speed, quality, and service standards while acting as a Brand Ambassador.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred; strong tool proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Weld, paint, and replace parts, including glass and interior components.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
