Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, weld and repaint as needed, and work with team members to meet KPI targets and uphold our brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completed or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and perform repairs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Weld, paint, and fit parts; ensure work orders stay within labor guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
