Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to meticulously repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassemble, repair, and reassemble components while delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting company KPIs.

You will work with a dedicated team, follow the WOW plan, use cutting tools, and ensure safety in a busy shop environment. A high school diploma and technical training or apprenticeship are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Use tools to repair sections of a vehicle and Realign chassis as needed.
• Weld, paint, and fit parts and ensure work meets labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to confirm quality and safety.
