Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and care. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, replace parts including glass, and ensure repairs meet quality standards.

You will use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, and hydraulic jacks, collaborating with teammates to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Experience in auto body repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Weld, fit, and replace parts; repair or replace glass as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
