Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign frames, and ensure quality workmanship in collaboration with the team.

Expected duties include estimating repair needs, using specialized tools, and painting to factory specifications, while meeting safety and KPI standards. This role emphasizes reliability and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform vehicle repairs following WOW plan and time guidelines.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts with original or aftermarket components.
• Repair glass, weld and repaint with factory-specified finishes.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and KPI targets.
